Shaun Rossi lectures and supervises theses in Systematic, Historical, Pastoral, and Missional Theology.
Shaun moved to Finland nearly 25 years ago as a student, having studied theology in the UK and Germany. He is the founding pastor of United Community Church, a multiethnic congregation in Espoo and Helsinki, established in 2006. Previously, Shaun planted and pastored a multiethnic church in Tampere and has been involved in various church planting initiatives across Finland.
He has served as the Director of OM Europe Church Planting and continues to play a leadership role within Operation Mobilisation Finland. Alongside his pastoral work, Shaun has taught theology at several institutions and is currently the Dean of Agricola Theological Seminary.
Shaun is married to Katja, and they have five children.

Mikko Sivonen lectures and supervises theses in New Testament Greek, Biblical Studies, Biblical Theology, and pastoral theology.
He has served under the auspices of IMB since 2006. He has served as a church planting pastor of Espoo Kotikirkko (2008-2019) and a pastor of Jyväskylä Reformed Baptist church (2021-2024).
He has a MDiv and ThM from Gateway Seminary and a ThD in New Testament from the University of Helsinki (2018). The dissertation “The Doxa Motif in Paul: A Narrative Approach to the Vindication of the Glory of God through Christ” can be read here.Additionally, he has co-authored and co-edited several theological books and articles both in English and Finnish, such as A Greek Reader (TWFTW, 2020), Johdatus reformoituun pelastusoppiin (ATI, 2023), Introduction to 1689 London Baptist Confession and Catechism (ATI, 2021), “Mitä on klassinen kristillinen koulutus ja mihin sitä tarvitaan” (Perusta, 2021), “Missionaries as Provisional Pastors” (GCBJM, 2024), and is a regular contributor to the TGC Norden.
He is married to Heidi, and they have five children.

As an expert on biblical languages, Mikko tutors ATS students both in biblical Hebrew and Greek. Mikko has a MA (University of Helsinki, Semitic languages and cultures)and serves as a Bible translation consultant (The Word for the World Bible Translators).

Dr. Pearce and his family have served with the Southern Baptist International Mission Board (IMB) in Central and Eastern Europe since 1994. They lived in Romania 1995-2001, where Preston taught at the Baptist Theological Institute of Bucharest and Faculty of Baptist Theology at the University of Bucharest. They relocated to Prague in 2001, where he now serves as Theological Education Strategist for Eurasia. Preston also serves as an elder in their local church, the International Church of Prague. Preston has a PhD in theology from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in USA.
He and Karen have been married since 1990 and have 4 adult children and 2 grandchildren.
